Questions
What happens to my files when a paid plan ends?
Nothing right away. You get a 7-day grace period to renew. After that the account returns to the free plan: links get the free expiry, and only the newest API key stays active. Renewing restores everything.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and any expiry the free plan had forced on your files is removed.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and period to create an order. Online payment is coming; until then support activates your order manually, or you can redeem an activation code.
Do the apps respect my plan?
Yes. The Windows app and Chrome extension read your plan from the API, so file types and size limits match your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-subscription?
Yes. When you upgrade, the unused part of your current plan is credited against the new price, so you only pay the difference. When you move to a cheaper plan, the new plan starts immediately and the remaining time on the old one is forfeited.
