By using Mewshot you agree to these rules.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything uploaded with your account or your API keys. One person per account; do not share credentials.
Allowed content
Upload only files you own or have the right to share. Illegal content, malware, content that violates others’ privacy or copyright, and anything used to harm, harass or deceive is forbidden and will be removed; accounts may be suspended without notice.
Links and retention
Free links expire after the period shown on the pricing page; paid plans keep files for the life of the subscription plus a grace period. After a plan ends, files fall back to the free rules and may be deleted after expiry. Keep your own backups.
Payments, wallet and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency you choose. Wallet credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Subscriptions are not refunded for unused time except where the law requires; upgrades credit the unused value of the current plan, downgrades forfeit it.
Fair use
Plan limits (file size, storage, uploads per hour, API rate) protect the service for everyone. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service, hot-link at extreme scale, or attempt to circumvent limits.
Privacy
We store the data needed to run the service: your account details, your files, and view statistics (country, city, device, referrer) for links you share. We do not sell personal data. Private and password-protected files are only served to authorised viewers.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”; maintenance and outages can happen. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime or data loss beyond the fees you paid for the affected period.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
